Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy convenience store and drive performance. You will oversee a team of 8–15, cover various shifts, and be hands-on with store operations, banking, and customer service.

You’ll coach staff, recruit and train, manage inventory, and execute promotions while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high customer satisfaction. A valid license and food safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and driving performance.
• Ability to work across all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Cover shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean, maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team on service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits.
