Job summary

Yesway, Inc. is seeking an experienced retail store leader in Rapid City, SD to manage daily operations with a customer-first focus. You will lead staffing, training, and compliance, while driving profitability and community engagement across the store.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, with a track record of coaching teams in fast-paced retail environments and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Strong leadership; ability to develop, coach and manage a team.
• Commitment to customer focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Responsible for overall management of the store business.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained team members.
• Comply with Yesway's programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals.
• Observe and evaluate each employee's performance against goals.
• Engage with the community to build relationships and store success.
• Lead special programs or assignments as needed.
