Yesway in Texas is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and drive profitability. You will recruit, train, and retain a fully staffed team while upholding Yesway's standards.

You will monitor performance, analyze results, and connect with the community to foster loyalty. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to total customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 2-year business degree preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others in fast food, retail or convenience operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional communication with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Manage the store business end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed, trained teams.
• Comply with Yesway programs, policies and procedures and regulations.
