Yesway in Friona, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. You will drive sales, coach staff, control operations, and ensure compliance with company programs while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or food-service, and a commitment to Yesway's Customer First Culture. This role requires integrity, teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year business-related degree preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Responsible for overall management of the store business.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained team members.
• Comply with Yesway's programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitable achieve store goals.
• Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against mission critical goals.
• Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development and store success.
• Assume responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed.
