Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor, coach, and manage a team of associates while partnering with other branches to execute merchandising, operations, and service initiatives. A strong leader with integrity will drive results and uphold our values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in large-format or specialty environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales-driven team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure staff fulfill responsibilities and follow company policies.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising team.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, and RTVs for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead with Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate onboarding and training; provide coaching.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budgeting and scheduling.
