Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Duluth, MN is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar operation, deliver world-class service, and drive sales while mentoring a team. You will manage day-to-day merchandising, operations and service to ensure a premier shopping experience.

As Store Manager, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, and partnerships with district leadership to execute company policies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Store team members including Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork to ensure accurate inventory.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and coach staff; provide ongoing development.
• Coordinate communication across store, district and regional leadership.
