Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Partner with various store leaders to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget; oversee staffing, payroll and reporting.
