Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience with sales focus.
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.
• Ability to coach, train and develop Associates.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and loss prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing environment that delivers a memorable customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain an Associate team to meet sales targets.
• Provide leadership and accountability, and deliver training and feedback.
• Plan and analyze KPIs to drive store performance and ROI of events.
