Casey’s Store Manager in Texas is responsible for leading a store team, driving sales, and upholding Casey’s service standards. You will hire, train, and coach team members, manage labor and scheduling, and ensure the store operates safely and efficiently.

You will oversee kitchen operations, maintain inventory accuracy, partner with district leadership on action plans, and complete required trainings such as ServSafe where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to drive sales while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and guest-focused.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members as a Casey's Way coach.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in leadership.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders; protect assets.
• Collaborate with district leadership on Store Action Plans.
• Complete required trainings and assessments, including ServSafe training where applicable.
