Qualifications

• Transferrable leadership experience across retail or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; manage assets and shrink.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required trainings.
