Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager for Chico’s at The Mall at Chestnut Hill, Chestnut Hill, MA. You will lead a retail team, shape a welcoming guest experience, and drive performance through coaching and strong store leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in retail management (2 in a Store Manager role), flexible availability, and a demonstrated ownership mindset. You will manage payroll, schedules, and store metrics while upholding brand standards and community connections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset with proactive leadership and accountability.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze store reporting and drive results.
