Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at The Mall at Chestnut Hill, MA to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and deliver hospitality-driven experiences. You will guide product knowledge on the floor and support leadership to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, cash handling, inventory and scheduling, with an omni-channel approach and a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Ownership mindset with initiative.
