Qualifications

• Two-plus years related management experience.
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop store staff to protect company assets and maximize sales.
• Maintain store conditions and presentation per standards and policies.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with laws and company procedures.
