Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, monitoring sales and inventory, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment for customers and employees alike. Payrate: $22-$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
