• Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store as a strategic leader to drive business performance and customer experience.
• Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture and manage recruiting, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Monitor sales goals and KPIs, and partner with leaders to exceed targets.
• Provide coaching and training on customer service, product knowledge, and brand identity.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits and reporting.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and accurate inventory through shipments and receiving.
• Support store marketing events and community engagement to drive traffic and awareness.
• Uphold VF values with inclusive practices and adherence to policies and safety standards.
