Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or HS diploma with 5 years in retail management.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading the team during learning journey.
• Support in planning and executing store initiatives to drive sales and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and store policies across departments.
