Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept according to company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and counseling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe community image and service quality.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Instruct staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication to all employees and conduct regular meetings.
• Evaluate and develop action plans to meet site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports and merchandising accuracy.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage margins.
• Safeguard money received and disbursed.
• Work mostly indoors but some outdoor work for site tasks.
• Be exposed to occasional cold and noise; work with minimal supervision.
• Remain an effective manager, supervisor and leader.
