You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage schedules, inventory and visuals, and uphold company standards for safety and profitability.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, training and ongoing coaching of store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and maintain store image and cleanliness.
• Train staff on safety procedures, performance feedback, and company standards.
