Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use as described in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to manage functions described for CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicate effectively with the team.
• Organize site files and supervise reports, merchandise display and pricing.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses and margins to maximize profits.
