Job summary

Circle K in Indianapolis is seeking a capable store leader to oversee operations at the 6402 W 10th St location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the site image and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Proficiency with computer systems for reports, inventory control, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervise team performance.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and maintain site standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
