Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Supervise and train staff to use equipment listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Supervise CSR/ASM functions and responsibilities.
• Competence in computer use: reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Effective oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well maintained according to standards.
• Maintain professional image with subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback in writing.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and promote safety awareness.
• Organize files, reports and posters; ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
