• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English language communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, counseling and disciplining.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe public image and community presence.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback in writing.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate timely with all staff and hold regular meetings.
