Insomnia Cookies is actively hiring for a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) at our Dover store located at 1265 N. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE. We are seeking hospitality-focused individuals eager to join our industry-leading, rapidly growing, nationally recognized company.

What will I do as an MIT with Insomnia Cookies?

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members involved in cookie sales and customer deliveries
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the absence of the manager
• Assist Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling
• Ensure staff adherence to company standards and policies
• Drive upselling and deliver excellent customer service

Desired skills/experience:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff
• Point of Sale (POS) system experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Availability to work 4-5 days a week, including 1-2 late shifts (Thurs-Sun)
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
