CVS Health Corporation is seeking candidates for the Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program at our Oak Park, MI location. The role is full-time and combines hands-on leadership with virtual learning over 16 weeks, preparing you for a future CVS Store Manager position.

You will work with district leaders, HRBP, and coaches to develop management skills, engage in customer care, merchandising, and inventory control, and demonstrate CVS values while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead store teammates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Engage with leaders in Learning Experiences to support promotion pathways.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales and profitability.
• Support store operations and inventory management in line with CVS policies.
