Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue/growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections, approve customer commitments, provide leadership/training to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to meet planned profits, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Co-worker Management: Train/develop coworkers, schedule daily activities, recruit/hire, retain staff, train for exceptional customer service.
