Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas City is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our Kansas City team. This hands-on program prepares you to lead a standalone store or oversee rentals and airport operations, involving customers, vehicle checks, inventory, client relationships, detailing, and smooth facility operation.

It's a full-time role with a 5-day workweek, ideal for launching a career in operations and leadership.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred in retail, campus jobs, or similar settings.
• Sales skills with a track record of closing deals or persuading others.
• Leadership experience in a team, club, or project is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with managers to support rental agencies and daily operations.
• Assist with fleet and inventory management to meet customer demand.
• Open/close rental contracts, update details, print manifests, and manage paperwork.
• Support sales through add-ons like insurance, GPS, or upgrades.
• Provide frontline customer service and resolve questions or issues.
• Coach and mentor teammates to build skills and motivation.
