Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stock presentation according to store manager direction.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork; conduct inventories.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and act as a role model for policies and procedures.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash control.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe customer/employee environments.
• Operate store in the manager's absence and review operating statements for trends.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation on time.
