Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support merchandising, staging, stocking and signage per guidance.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and store paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to hit in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Model company procedures and store policies.
• Participate in opening and closing store activities.
• Ensure secure deposit of company funds.
• Support cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment.
• Operate store in the manager's absence.
• Review operating statements for trends, costs and inventory turns.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
