Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) for a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under the Store Manager and learn to manage daily store operations, maintaining a pleasant environment for customers and staff according to company goals and policies.

All MITs receive on-the-job training from Store/ District Managers before advancing to a Store Manager role, with a 90-day performance-based increase and various benefit offerings including health,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Valid, clean Driver's License required.
• Proficient English communication (oral and written).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team in line with company policies.
• Complete on-the-job training with Store/ District Manager before transitioning to Store Manager.
