Panda Express, a leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store and lead a team toward financial and guest-service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and support achievement of financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training to prepare for store management responsibilities.
