Qualifications

• Willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage conflicts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in leadership training program; support store leadership development.
