CVS Health Corporation is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT). This development-focused role prepares you for a future CVS Store Manager position through a structured 16-week program with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach. The SMIT participates in a 45-hour work week with opportunities to advance to store management in the designated market.

Qualifications

• Program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and hands-on learning.
