Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in a full‑time capacity. The role focuses on development toward a CVS Store Manager position with structured training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You'll work with a leadership team, including your District Leader and Store Manager coach, to learn merchandising, customer service and store operations, with a target of advancing to store leadership in your market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher advantageous for store leadership.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 16-week, self-paced training to prepare for CVS Store Manager role.
• Develop leadership skills with support from District Leader, HRBP, Store Manager coach.
• Support store operations, merchandising and team guidance to drive sales.
