Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer use and reports analysis, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and transport to meetings.
• English communication, oral and written.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean and stocked.
• Maintain a professional image with subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare and deliver performance feedback and training on safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively and hold regular site meetings.
• Organize files, plans and reports; manage merchandising and signage.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget, forecast and understand merchandise margins.
• Ensure posters/signs are properly displayed; work indoors and outdoors as needed.
