Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. in Scranton is launching a Store Manager in Training program. You will learn to manage store operations, merchandising, and customer service while guiding a team to deliver an inviting shopping environment.

You will recruit and train associates, supervise daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and support opening/closing procedures. The program includes coaching, development opportunities, and a quarterly bonus potential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties with/without accommodation.
