You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily store activities, ensure compliance, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This program offers on‑the‑job training and a clear path to store leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent movement.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster the growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters.
• Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
