Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, proper display techniques, and inviting atmosphere for customers.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily activities, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while maintaining a safe, high-service environment. The role includes opening/closing duties, implementing corporate directives, and driving profit contribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent physical activity.
