Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Training to learn profitable store operations, prioritizing merchandising, placement, and inviting signage to attract customers. You will recruit, train, and supervise associates while ensuring compliance and protective asset management.

You will lead opening/closing, implement directives from headquarters, and drive store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising; coach and correct when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
• Help the store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
