Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is actively hiring for a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) at our Denver, CO store located at 1370 19th St Denver, CO 80202. We are seeking hospitality focused individuals looking to join our industry leading, rapidly growing, nationally recognized company!

As MIT, you will supervise and train staff, assist with ordering and scheduling, and contribute to a fun, cookie-loving team environment. This role offers strong growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• Prior experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word and an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manager-on-Duty duties during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager is not present.
• Supervise, train and coach 2–5 team members in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager's absence.
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling for the store.
• Ensure staff uphold Insomnia Cookies’ standards and drive upselling and customer service.
