Insomnia Cookies in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) who will oversee operations in the UC store. This role includes supervising team members and conducting interviews, ideal for someone with a background in retail or restaurant management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager is absent.
• Supervise, train and coach team members engaged in cookie sales and deliveries.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager's absence.
