Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our Dallas store and a Greenville store location, seeking hospitality-focused individuals to join a rapidly growing, nationally recognized company. MIT will lead onboarding, supervision, training, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting the Store Ops Manager with ordering and scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager is not present.
