Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Indiana to lead sales, operations, and customer service for a busy retail location.

You will drive performance through coaching and accountability, supervise daily store activities, and ensure excellent customer experience while managing inventory, pricing, and risk. A development program completes during training, supported by a full‑time, consistent schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by setting daily and weekly goals and directing staff.
• Oversee collections-related activities and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Lead and develop coworkers, manage schedules, staffing, and recruitment as needed.
• Protect store assets and control inventory, pricing, and cash handling.
