Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health: sales, inventory, cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction, and P&L.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruitment and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Set examples for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
