Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances with sales, inventory and cash controls.
• Recruit, interview and develop teammates; build a winning team.
• Create schedules ensuring proper coverage and meet business needs.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve complaints.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds.
