Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our team as a full-time associate. The MIT will learn store operations under supervision and progress toward a Store Manager role, with on-the-job training and performance-based growth opportunities.

The program emphasizes coaching, development of team members, and maintaining excellent customer service across shifts, including overnight periods, while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to advance to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with no infractions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the store.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training from the Store Manager/District Manager before advancing to Store Manager.
