United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time position with comprehensive benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations.

Candidates should have 5+ years in supervision in retail or fast food, be able to coach and develop a team, and meet age/work authorization requirements. On-the-job training is provided with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision or assistant management experience in retail or fast-food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to reach next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Manager-In-Training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct, and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a courteous environment for customers and team members.
