Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role with a structured training program supervised by the Store Manager. You will learn to manage, direct, and supervise daily store operations while maintaining a courteous environment for customers and team members.

The MIT will receive on-the-job training and progress toward Store Manager responsibilities, with benefits including health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a 90-day performance-based increase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team and help them to get to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Will complete the MIT training program under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise store operations and staff.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
