Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction, and P&L.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules meeting business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
