Team Car Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into store leadership. You will oversee daily operation, coaching, scheduling, and guest service excellence while upholding policies and safety standards. This role offers hands-on training, career growth, and a clear path to store management.

You’ll work with a supportive team, manage inventory and cash controls, and drive guest satisfaction. Prior retail management and P&L exposure are highly valued for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and results in profit and loss centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health via sales, inventory and cash controls, and store-level marketing.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds; uphold safety and policy standards.
