You will participate in store safety meetings, drive guest satisfaction, and develop your team through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with a profit and loss center is required.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and lead by example.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials via sales, inventory and cash controls, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, interview and retain a winning team.
• Create Teammate schedules to meet business needs and coverage.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds.
